We are not through this totally yet, but For Sale Signs have drastically disappeared along the roadways. Inventory is dropping a bit and I foresee rising prices in the next few months.
If you are looking to purchase, please consider using a Buyer’s Representative instead of calling the Listing Agent on the sign. I work Exclusively for my Buyers disclosing to them everything that I know about an area to help them save time, avoid frustration and in the end love what they are buying.
I look forward to hearing from you!
