Residential Lot Sales ( and they are not making any more of it) were up by 16.17% ending the year over sales in 2010.

In the category of distressed homes, we are seeing a decline of how many are available now.  For the entire year they were still up by 5.41%, but in the month of December we saw a huge slowdown of foreclosures entering the marketplace.  They were down by 48.18%.
